Acid Alkali Resistance Fiberglass Centrifugal Fans Exhaust Equipment For Ventilation System
Introduction
The F4-72 (square-mouth type) fiberglass centrifugal fan is specifically designed and manufactured for laboratory use, featuring low noise, low vibration, low energy efficiency, large air volume, and stable operation. In laboratory ventilation environments, it can absorb experimental chemical components and is characterized by corrosion resistance, high strength, and reinforced structure. The entire unit has undergone computer-aided strain analysis, improving structural strength. The impeller dynamic balance meets the 2.5mm/s level of JB/T 9101-1999 standard, and the vibration value of the assembled unit also meets or exceeds the 4.5mm/s level requirement of JB/T 8689-1998 standard.
This series of fans can transport corrosive gases containing acids, alkalis, and other chemical components. However, the transported gas must not contain viscous substances. The gas drawn by the fan must not contain hydrofluoric acid, chromic acid, or organic solvents. The dust and hard particles content must be ≤150mg/m³, the gas temperature ≤60℃, and the relative humidity ≤100%.
The casing can be equipped with a manhole for easy impeller cleaning and inspection of scale. It utilizes a corrosion-resistant external flange for fastening, ensuring no internal metal comes into contact with corrosive gases. Eliminating the traditional screw-through method, the casing is attached to a support frame. The bracket and base are mechanically formed from steel plates, hot-dip galvanized, and then coated with anti-rust and high-gloss paint for more comprehensive corrosion protection.
This series of fans is widely used in chemical plants, electroplating plants, oxidation plants, power plants, laboratories, circuit board installations, environmental protection equipment, and other environments containing corrosive gases.
